Summer Surge Read-A-Thon Sign Up!

Summer Surge Read-a-thonIt's summer! Although, you wouldn't know that by looking out my window right now - it's raining, and not like magic (Bonus points if you get that kids movie reference)! I haven't taking part in many things like this before because I usually forget, get distracted or never link up again. But this one is different!

It's being hosted by the amazing, wonderful, totally awesome Amanda at Book Badger. She's my favourite blogger and I consider her a great friend. She has so many amazing read-a-longs, challenges, interviews and even a giveaway planned! I stalk her blog practically everyday, so I know I am never going to forget to link back up. I am even doing a giveaway over on her blog and sponsoring a giveaway for the read-a-thon. I am really looking forward to this, it's going to be a lot of fun.

The Details

It starts on the 14th July and runs till the 17th August! You can sign up anywhere between now and the 10th August, and you aren't required to have a blog to participate. There's a giveaway and you will earn entries by taking part in read-a-longs and challenges. The 18th of August will be when the wrap-up post will be posted over at Book Badger.

  2. Agreed, this does sound great! With luck, I can stick to the reading pattern I was already following, provided I can get out of this reading slump that you talked about in another post (e_e) Thanks for the heads up.

  4. What fun. Like a book club! I'm still judging a contest where I have to read a ridiculous number of books, so no time to read anything but those books for a while!
