Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme hosted at The Broke & The Bookish. Each week they host a different top ten topic.
This weeks topic is:
Top New Series I Want To Start
These are all series that started in 2013/14 or will start next year. I am pretty behind on series, which is why a lot of these already have sequels out or planned sequels. A Court of Thorns and Roses is the series I am the most excited for! It's written by Sarah J. Maas and I really don't need to know anything else about it to know that I want to read it. Snow Like Ashes is one I have been getting more and more excited for, have been seeing so many amazing reviews for it. Steelheart is one a guy at work recommends to me all of the time, so I feel I should finally cave and read that one. I own quite a lot of these, so I should really hurry myself up and get to them.
In my blogoversary post I posted my giveaway to celebrate 1 year of blogging. I am giving one winner the chance to win up to £40 worth of books of their choice from Book Depository. I am also giving one runner up a book of their choice, worth up to £10 from Book Depository.

Awesome picks, Charnell!! SLA was so good :) I can't wait to read Red Queen too!! Madman's Daughter would be on my list too :) Talon too!! OH MY GOSH A COURT OF THORNS AND ROSES, WANT. WANT. WANT.
ReplyDeleteI keep hearing amazing things about Snow Like Ashes, I really want to read it. I think I'm going to have it on my Christmas wishlist this year.
DeleteThe 5th Wave, we should buddy read it! I have it out the library, lets get on that ASAP. The Archived, I hear fantastic things, just to try some work by her would be fantastic. Snow Like Ashes is appaz a less fab version of ToG so don't be too hard on it, be nice ;) Great choices! I probably should have done one this week, BUT NOPE, review instead, damn me..
ReplyDeleteI am excited to start The 5th Wave with you, I am hearing nothing but amazing things about that book. I am working a lot but hopefully will find some time to read it. I am dying to read Snow Like Ashes, I keep hearing amazing things and am very excited for that - it's going on my Christmas list for James.
DeleteSO MANY GREAT SERIES! I actually have only read The 5th Wave from your list - all the others are on my TBR.
ReplyDeleteI hope I can actually get to all of these soon, I say I will but then keep putting so many of them off.
DeleteI'm really excited about The Red Queen too. Can't wait to get my hands on that one. I didn't really care for The 5th Wave but I'm pretty sure I'm in the minority for that one. Chances are you'll like it, since most people did. :)
ReplyDeleteI really hope I do, although I have a habit of being in the minority with well loved books too. Fingers crossed though!
DeleteSome of these I am dying to start as well. So many great new series out there that I haven't even tried and old great ones too that I need to get caught up on or try.
ReplyDeleteI know, I really want to get to them all but it's finding the time to actually do it.
DeleteHalf Bad was really good, you should definitely read it!
ReplyDeleteI didn't put A Court of Thorns and Roses on my list...namely because it isn't out yet...
The same with Talon.
And I have owned The 5th Wave since April and I STILL HAVEN'T READ IT!! I am so disappointed in myself.
I even own the sequel.
Thank you! I am excited for so many of these. I've been wanting to get to The 5th Wave for so long but never do. I hope to actually get to it next week.
DeleteSNOW LIKE ASHES, SNOW LIKE ASHES *chanting, chanting, chanting* I'm super excited for you to start that one. Wow, I think I get really passionate about it :P
ReplyDeleteI'm actually due to start The Madman's Daughter as well, especially considering how the last book is about to be out and all. I can't wait for Red Queen because I can never resist a bit of high fantasy and NEW MAAS! I'm super excited for that and I love a good fairytale retelling! Fantastic choices!
Jess @ My Reading Dress
I am very excited for that one because I've been seeing so many amazing reviews. I am really hoping I love it, otherwise I will be so disappointed.
DeleteYou must read Snow Like Ashes -- I so loved that novel! Especially if you're a fan of high fantasy, it's definitely something that I would recommend. And beside, how could anyone go past that gorgeous cover?? ;) I've seen Red Queen on a few lists this week actually, and I can see why. Apart from having a really awesome cover, the story sounds fantastic. I can't wait until that one's out! :)
ReplyDeleteI keep hearing amazing things and it's making me very determined to try that book. I really hope I end up loving it.
DeleteLOL I say that to myself ALL the time. Hurry up and read ALL the books!
ReplyDeleteI really need to, if only I had the time.
DeleteI love how you've set out your list this week! I really want to read a lot of the series on your list. I highly recommend Half Bad!
ReplyDeleteThank you, I am excited for that one and own it already which helps.
DeleteOh yes! Most excited for Sarah Maas's new series! Loved The 5th Wave series and Talon was incredible too! Great picks!
ReplyDeleteHere's my Tuesday Post
Have a GREAT day!
Old Follower :)
I NEED THAT SERIES IN MY LIFE! I'd read anything by Sarah J. Maas!
DeleteI wasn't impressed with Half Bad, but I'll probably finish out the series as the books are released because I just don't like not finishing things. Great list!
ReplyDeleteThank you! Hopefully I enjoy Half Bad more than you did.
DeleteGot some awesome ones on there! I really need to read HALF BAD, too.
ReplyDeleteThank you :)
DeleteGreat list! I have some of these book my kindle and I just haven't started them yet! There are just too many awesome sounding books right now!
ReplyDeleteThat is too true, my TBR is crazy atm.
DeleteNice job with the book covers there! I intend to read Snow Like Ashes, The Archived, and Steelheart sometime too. Happy reading and happy blogoversary!
ReplyDeleteThank you! :)
DeleteI need to read the Archived as well! I'm excited for Maas' new fantasy series, I'm eager to see the cover.
ReplyDeletethanks for stopping by my list!
Me too! That cover reveal can't come soon enough... I NEED IT!!!!
DeleteThe Madman's Daughter is on my to-read list, too! I'll hopefully start that one after my library gets the third book in.
ReplyDeleteThe 5th Wave was pretty good! I'm excited to get to the sequel. :D
I am excited for The 5th Wave, I hope I love it :)
DeleteLots of these books are very popular! I can't wait to try the Red Queen and Snow like Ashes myself. A lot of the books look familiar but I haven't looked into them much - which is something I should start doing!
ReplyDeletehttp://olivia-savannah.blogspot.nl/2014/10/sedich-review-giveaway.html
They look really good and I am so excited to get to them! :)
DeleteI've heard good things about The 5th Wave and Red Queen. I'm not sure if the last one is already on my TBR shelf, because I've been looking for a lot of Alice in Wonderland inspired books lately. And yay! It's great I've met another Julie Kagawa fan (or soon to be fan?) XD
ReplyDeleteSoon to be fan : ) I actually haven't read any of her books yet, even though I own 7 of them.
DeleteI'm thinking Snow Like Ashes is one I should've added to my list. I hadn't really heard about it until it popped up on so many lists today! Anyway, go get reading! :)
ReplyDeleteIt's had some amazing reviews so I am really excited to read it.
DeleteYou've got a bunch of fantastic series there!
ReplyDeleteI recently read The Madman's Daughter and loved it. I highly suggest going to audio route. Best audio I've ever listened to.
Half Bad was so different than what I was expecting. But not in a bad way. It was really well done.
I strongly disliked The 5th Wave. So much wrong with it. And so boring. I know I'm the black sheep there.
I also own, Snow Like Ashes, Steelheart, The Archived and Talon. So super excited for getting to them at some point.
I'm also beyond excited for The Red Queen. How brilliant does it sound.
And Sarah J Maas. Just give me all her future books now. I will love and love them.
Happy reading!
Brittany @ <a href="http://thisisthestoryofmyreadinglife.blogspot.ca/> This is the Story of My(Reading) Life </a>
I am curious to see what I make of The 5th Wave because I am hearing so many mixed things. I'm a little nervous too, I really want to love it.
DeleteThere are so many series on your list that I've been meaning to read! Half Bad, The Madman's Daughter, Snow Like Ashes, The Archived...so many series, so little time, right? I really like The 5th Wave and have been meaning to get to The Infinite Sea, but just haven't gotten there yet. And that cover for The Red Queen is GORGEOUS.
ReplyDeleteSo many books and so little time to get to them all. If I can start at least 3 by the end of the year I will be happy.
DeleteAh, I loved The 5th Wave. I highly recommend it. It was definitely a winner for me. :)
ReplyDeleteGood to hear, I'm excited for that one! :)
DeleteI haven't read any of these, but I've HEARD of many of them. Snow Like Ashes has been particularly extolled in my twitter feed lately, so that one is DEFINITELY going on my TBR.
ReplyDeleteI know, I keep seeing amazing reviews for that book which has made me so desperate to read it.
DeleteI will have to check out Half Wild. Never heard about it before. Thanks for reading my list!
ReplyDeletehttp://reviewsfromabookworm.blogspot.co.uk/2014/10/top-ten-tuesday-new-series-i-want-to.html
Thanks for checking mine out too. And for making me realise I put them round the wrong way! Half Bad is the first book!
DeleteI read Talon recently. It lived up to the hype :)
ReplyDeleteYAY! So happy to hear that.
DeleteI loved The 5th Wave, so I'm definitely looking forward to continuing that series. I'm curious about the Murder Complex as well. Great picks! :)
ReplyDeleteThank you, I really hope I love them all.
DeleteSo many books!! I hope you enjoy all of them :)
ReplyDeleteThanks, me too :)
DeleteThe Madman's Daughter series is one I need to start as well. Great choices! Thanks for stopping by my post earlier!
ReplyDeleteThanks for checking mine out too :)
DeleteI love that the new Sarah J. Maas book is at the top of your list! I can't wait until it's out. I had Talon on my preliminary list, but I've heard some mixed reviews... I might wait to get the consensus on the next book in the series before I commit. But I love Julie Kagawa, so we'll see if I can hold out.
ReplyDeleteI NEED that book in my life! I wouldn't even care what it was about or what the cover looked like. If it's written by Sarah J. Maas then I will read it.
DeleteI'll take another Sarah J. Maas series anytime! I loved the 5th Wave, so I hope you enjoy it too.
ReplyDeleteThank you, me too :)
DeleteI read Half Bad and Red Queen and they are both amazing. I do plan to read The 5th Wave and Snow Like Ashes soon, and I do have a few of these too. Thanks for stopping by!
ReplyDeleteThat's so good to hear! :)
DeleteI seriously did not love Half Bad, so I hope you have better luck with it than I did!
ReplyDeleteMissie @ A Flurry of Ponderings
Oh no, me too then! :)
DeleteThanks so much for stopping by my TTT earlier! I need to read Half Bad too. And The Murder Complex. I LOVE The 5th Wave series. And I love the cover of Talon, but historically I struggle with Julie Kagawa's books. I hope you get to start some of these soon!
ReplyDeleteSandy @ Somewhere Only We Know
Thanks for stopping by mine as well :)
DeleteSnow Like Ashes and The Red Queen both look really awesome! I didn't know The Red Queen was going to be a series.
ReplyDeleteMe either, but apparently so.
DeleteI really want to read Half Bad and Snow Like Ashes as well! Both sound really good and have been getting great reviews lately. Thanks for stopping by and Happy Reading!
ReplyDeleteErica @ Read It. Note It.
Thanks for checking my post out too :)
DeleteI had the chance to early review Snow Like Ashes, and I was so excited to get to it, but I never made the time. Now, I'm kicking myself! :( While I didn't include SLA on my list today, I am hoping to start this series sometime in the future. Hopefully by the end of this year, if not early next year, for sure. As you know, The 5th wave is one we have in common, so I hope we both end up enjoying it whenever we get to it. Ohhh, and The Archived. I've had that one on my TBR for the longest time too, but I've never made it a priority for some reason. I need to fix that!
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by today, Charnell! I enjoyed your list!
Marlene @ The Flyleaf Review
I decided not to even download it and I really regret that now. I'm probably going to get it at Christmas though, so I have that to look forward to. Thanks for checking mine out too :)
DeleteOh yesss, I so desperately need to read A Court of Thorns and Roses. I NEEDED IT, LIKE, YESTERDAY. *commences flailing* Half Bad is amazing and I'm very desperate for Half Wild too. ^-^ Too many anguished feels for that series though. Everyone is so mean to Nathan. :(
ReplyDeleteI kind of wanted to read the Madman's Daughter series, but a few people told me they weren't so good and now...meh. I don't know! I would need to be convinced. lol
I KNOW!!! That book needs to hurry up and be released already because it is driving me crazy having to wait.
DeleteI'm not familiar with most of these, but I've seen quite a few of them on other people's lists today.
ReplyDeleteI hope I love them all when I get to them.
DeleteThe 5th Wave and The Archived!!!!! Totally loved both of those. The Unbound is one of the best sequels I've read, I have to say. ~Pam
ReplyDeleteI am so excited to find the time to start them all!
DeleteOh man, I need to read The 5th Wave too! It is taunting me from the shelf right over there....
ReplyDelete:) Happy reading this week!
Me too! I will tackle it next week!
DeleteSteelheart actually sounds pretty awesome! I've added it to my TBR - though I'd like to get to the Mistborn series first (which is also by Brandon Sanderson). And The Murder Complex really does sound a lot like the movie Hanna. The reviews are pretty good on it, too. Maybe I'll give it a shot. Great list!
ReplyDeleteMy senior manager keeps telling me that I need to read it. I feel like I should finally cave, haha.
DeleteSnow Like Ashes was AWESOME! And Steelheart was pretty good, too! I hope you love them both! I still need to read The Archived; it's been sitting on my Kindle for quite a while. And, of course, I'll read anything by Sarah Maas. She's just amazing. Thanks for stopping by my Top Ten!
ReplyDeleteAmber R. @ Bibliophilia, Please
I want to read Snow Like Ashes so badly, will definitely be getting it for Christmas.
DeleteOh you have loads of pics that I want to read as well :) The Murder Complex, Red Queen (ESPECIALLY this one!!) ... Half Bad, Snow Like Ashes :) I've also been getting more excited for Snow Like Ashes since I've been seeing the reviews!!! happy Reading :)
ReplyDeleteMe too. It wasn't really on my radar before that! I hope I love it :)
DeleteI have to get to so many of these series too - most notably, A Court of Thorns and Roses (when it's released), Steelheart, Snow Like Ashes and The Fifth Wave.
ReplyDeleteI really enjoyed The Archived, so I hope you get to that soon! :)
I need A Court of Thorns and Roses so badly, I know it's not out yet but I NEED IT!
DeleteAh, The Madman's Daughter! Another series I forgot! I keep finding series I forgot all over the place today! I read The 5th Wave, it was pretty good, I definitely plan on reading The Infinite Sea. And we have three of the same series on our lists too :) Great picks!
ReplyDeleteShannon @ It Starts At Midnight
Me too, I had to start a .list and now my TBR is even longer.
DeleteI'm so excited for A COURT OF THORN AND ROSES! I really liked THE 5TH WAVE, but I have yet to finish THE INFINITE SEA. THE MURDER COMPLEX was just okay, but THE MADMAN'S DAUGHTER was good. I want to read RED QUEEN and SNOW LIKE ASHES, too! Thanks for stopping by!
ReplyDeleteRachel @ Beauty and the Bookshelf
Thanks for checking mine out too :)
DeleteHeeey I can't wait to start on Snow Like Ashes!!! (once my library gets it in, lol!) I've also been wanting to start on The Murder Complex series as well! Congrats on your Blogaversary as well!
ReplyDelete-Novel Reveries
It looks so good, I'm so excited. Thanks :)
DeleteAh you need to read The Archived series!!! I picked up that book on a whim at the book store and it was the best decision ever. It's so good! And you'll love Wesley ;)
ReplyDeleteI'm so excited for that series!!!
DeleteHalf Bad and The 5th Wave are fantastic and The Madman's Daughter wasn't bad. I hope you enjoy them! :)
ReplyDeleteThanks, me too :)
DeleteGreat list, and a few choices I haven't seen today! I'm especially intrigued by A Court of Thorns and Roses and Red Queen. Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by :)
DeleteI've had Steelheart for quite awhile, but I still haven't gotten to it. :( I've heard so many amazing things about the author, though, so I hope to get to one of his series soon. I found The Madman's Daughter, Snow Like Ashes, The 5th Wave, and The Murder Complext to all be great series starters. :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by :)
DeleteOooh 5th Wave! Loved that one! Thanks for stopping by!!
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by my post too :)
DeleteI have the 5th wave on mine, too!
ReplyDeleteCheck out my TTT
Thanks for stopping by :)
DeleteI love your pyramid of books! I highly recommend The Archived...but that's the only thing I've read off your list. Though I too am very eager to get to some of these series especially Steelheart and Talon!
ReplyDeleteThank you, I was trying to think of an interesting way to set them out haha. Thanks for stopping by :)
DeleteLOVE so many of your picks. I want to read Half Bad too, and also Snow Like Ashes (great cover!) I also picked The 5th Wave up from the library last week.
ReplyDeleteSo many books and so little time :)
I know what you mean, feel like I will never find the time to get to them all. Thanks for stopping by :)
DeleteOkay, every single book on this list is on my TBR as well (except for the 5th Wave, which I've already read). This is am amazing list!
ReplyDeleteSarah J. Maas: yes. To anything she writes. Same for Brandon Sanderson.
I love everything on your list, I want to read it all!
Thank you! I have so many new series and old series that I am desperate to start. Makes choosing between them really hard.
DeleteI see we've both got Steelheart on our lists! :D Have you read any of his other novels?
ReplyDeleteNo, none of them. But I hear amazing things about all of them.
DeleteI loved Steelheart a lot, it was really good. Plus it had sort of superheroes in it, which is always a good thing. :) The 5th Wave was also a good read. I hope you get to read some of these soon!
ReplyDeleteYou can't go wrong with superheroes!!! :)
DeleteI'm dying to read A Court of Thorns and Roses, I feel like 2015 can't come soon enough. :) Snow Like Ashes was amazing, and I really loved The 5th Wave, and The Madman's Daughter. Also, The Murder Complex, Half Bad, Steelheart, and The Archived are awesome books, which I really liked. I hope you get to read some of these soon, and thanks for stopping by my TTT earlier. :)
ReplyDeleteMe too! 2015 needs to hurry up and get here so that I can have it in my hands! Thanks for stopping by :)
DeleteEvery single one of these is on my list too, except for the 5th Wave WHY HAVEN'T YOU READ THAT YET
ReplyDeleteI KNOW!!! I am determined to start it next week, I swear.
DeleteGreat list! The Archived is amazing, and I have heard only good things about The 5th Wave! I am also very much exited for A Court of Thorns and Roses, and therefore can't wait for 2015 to come so that I can read it! :)
ReplyDeleteI know, 2015 needs to hurry up and get here already!
DeleteI haven't read any of these either! I am super stoked for Half Bad and Sanderson, and absolutely ecstatic for more Maas! Awesome list!
ReplyDeleteI know, I would read anything Maas releases! I wouldn't even care what it was about.
DeleteToo.Many.Good.Books...ahhh! :)
ReplyDeleteI know! :)
DeleteYAY Girl! Some fabulous fabulous books! I'm attempting to read Half Bad at the moment and cant get past the first couple of chapters, no idea why:( I need to read Sarah J. Maas (how could I resist?!) and Snow Like Ashes looks faaaaaaaaaaaaaaantastic!
ReplyDeleteGreat picks!
2015 needs to hurry up and get here because I need her new book! Thanks for stopping by :)
DeleteI really need to read the Archived too but I have it on my list so hopefully that will be soon! Thanks for stopping by my TTT :)
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by my post too :)
DeleteI love the little tree thing you made! Cute idea. Some of these are on my TTT list too. Neither the Fifth Wave nor the Murder Complex were what I thought they were going to be, but I was entertained enough. Happy reading!
ReplyDeleteDreams @ Once Upon A Dream Books
Thanks, I was trying to find a way to show them that wasn't boring, haha.
DeleteThe 5th Wave almost made my list! I want to read The Archived as well.
ReplyDeleteI am determined to start The 5th Wave next week :)
DeleteRed Queen and Snow Like Ashes both look really good and are already on my TBR list. The Archived made my Top Ten this week as well. I hope you enjoy all of these!!
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by my blog!!
Thanks for checking mine out too :)
DeleteAwesome picks! Snow Like Ashes and Talon has been getting quite the hype, doesn't it? I'm still excited about them, although the reviews of Talon I've read so far were not as amazing as I usually know it from Julie Kagawa books.
ReplyDeleteHave fun reading them and thanks for checking out my TTT :)
They really have and it makes me so eager to read them! :)
DeleteThe Murder Complex and Talon sound interesting. Love the covers too!
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by :)
DeleteI've heard that the "5th Wave" books are really good, which piques my curiosity. :) Hope you can read all of these soon - and thanks for visiting Dreaming Under the Same Moon.
ReplyDeleteI am hoping to start that series next week :)
DeleteA lot of these series are on my TBR as well. So many great series and so little time...
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by my post!
El @ So Bookalicious
Thanks for stopping by mine too :)
DeleteI feel like I already commented here but just in case I didn't I wanted to say that I LOVE YOUR PYRAMID OF AWESOME. That is all.
ReplyDeleteHaha, thank you!! :) :) :)
DeleteOoh, I love how you arranged the book covers in this post! So cool! :D
ReplyDeleteI'm kind of ashamed to say that I've only read one book on your list -- The Murder Complex. As much as I liked the idea behind the story, the book really fell flat for me. The characters were bland and annoying, the story not properly developed, the romance rushed, and the writing... ugh, the writing was so choppy and filled with weird descriptions. I know a couple of people who really liked it, though, so maybe I was just being overly picky with it. If you do give it a try, I hope you have better luck with it than I did!
Heh, I've been seeing The 5th Wave everywhere, too. It's one book I'm really excited for, since the hype for it has been INSANE. And yes for The Madman's Daughter! It sounds so deliciously creepy, and the cover is gorgeous, too. Love it.
Hope you get to read some of these soon, Charnell! Thanks so much for stopping by my blog. :D
Thank you!!! :) I was just bored of having them how I usually do them.
DeleteI really hope I like it better then you but who knows.
I am definitely starting The 5th Wave next week and I hope to love it.
We have a lot of books in common :) I recently saw The Madman's Daughter, and it sounds really fascinating. Snow Like Ashes and The Archived have been on my to-read list forever.
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by :)
DeleteAWESOME list!
ReplyDeleteI really want to start The Madman's Daughter but I heard some pretty horrible things about it which makes me a bit hesitant to pick it up. Gorgeous covers though. The 5th Wave is on my need-to-read-soon list, the thing is I'm afraid of not liking it. Crazy, huh? Aww Red Queen I can't wait to finally read that book, sounds sooo amazing. :)
Thanks for stopping by my blog.
Oh no, now I am a little nervous about it. I'm so afraid of not like The 5th Wave too.
DeleteI loved Steelheart! Such a great book. The Red Queen is a book that I can't wait to get my hands on.
ReplyDeleteMe either, it looks so good.
DeleteThanks for visiting my TTT! You have a great list too. And may I say that you have a gorgeous blog? I just love the bright turquoise and the layout! Hope you have a good week!
ReplyDeleteThank you so much! I'm glad you like the layout :)
DeleteI definitely want Talon, and I've heard amazing things about Snow & Ashes :) My sister's got a copy of Half Bad and it was hard to pry her away from it, so I'll get to that one soon hopefully. Great picks overall :) I loved The Archived!
ReplyDeleteThanks for stopping by yesterday.
Thanks for checking mine out too. I really hope I can get to all of these series before the end of the year! :)
DeleteYESSS. I just recently heard about A Court of Thorns and Roses but I want it bad. As well as Snow Like Ashes and Red Queen heheh. I've been feeling for some fairy-tale retellings these days. The Archived series is on my tbr too. Fantastic picks! I'll have to check out the ones I haven't heard of til now. Thanks for stopping by and happy one year blogaversary :)
ReplyDeleteThank you! I am so excited for all of these series, hopefully will be able to start at least a few of them before the new year.
DeleteI haven't read any of these, but I have Talon, Steelheart, and The Murder Complex on my wishlist. Thanks for sharing!
ReplyDeleteI am hoping I can at least get to some of them before the new year, some are on my Christmas wishlist so I hope to get them soon.
DeleteOut of all of these, I have only read Half Bad! but it was amazing, I hope you get to read it soon! I really want to read some books by Brandon Sanderson and Julie Kagawa - have you read any of their other books? Snow Like Ashes and The Archived also sound fantastic :-). I haven't heard of The Madman's Daughter, so I'll check that one out.
ReplyDeleteP.s - I love the book pyramid :-)
Sarah @ Bookish Retreat
I have read nothing by either of them, so I am nervous to try them. Brandon Sanderson is someone I have wanted to try for ages, I hear amazing things about his books.
DeleteSuper excited for the new Sarah J Maas series and I really want to read Talon - looks super good!
ReplyDeleteIt really does, I also just think the cover is stunning!
DeleteI've got Half Bad sitting on my shelves and yet I didn't include it in my TTT - I totally forgot about it! Also, I'm super pumped for A Court of Thorns and Roses - I started Throne of Glass last month and I'm now officially a Sarah J. Maas convert!
ReplyDeleteI kept doing that, I've owned it for months and just haven't read it! Maas is AMAASING! See what I did there ;)
DeleteWoah, this list is PERFECT!!! So many awesome series!5th Wave, The Archived, Steelheart AND Snow Like Ashes 😍 You need to read them ASAP!!!
ReplyDeleteMadman's Daughter + Red Queen could have made my list too. Want to read both SO BAD!
I am really hoping to get to at least half of these before the end of the year. We will see :)
DeleteGreat post! I actually recognised a lot of the books. WOAH I hadn't realised Half Wild was out already?!!! So soon!! I really liked Half Bad (left a link if you're interested, beware spoilers.) But I dont want to actually read Half Wild because I feel the book should have stayed as a non-series.
ReplyDeleteWhat I want to read the most is Steelheart. Can't WAIT to get to that. Thanks for sharing!
I will avoid it because spoilers are a big no no for me if I plan to read a book! I will come find it after I have finished it. It isn't out yet, I was just posting the sequel covers because they are all due out in the next few months or so.
DeleteAwesome list Charnell! Is that a new series by Sarah J. Maas up there? Because that is exciting if it is! I haven't read any of her books yet, but I have Throne of Glass on my shelf! Also I need to get to Steelheart and Half Bad! OH and also Snow Like Ashes!
ReplyDeleteIt is!!! I AM SO EXCITED FOR IT! The cover was just revealed and it is gorgeous and I can't wait to get my hands on it.
DeleteSnow Like Ashes it one that's been on so many list! Sounds like its going to be a great book! Great list!
ReplyDeleteI know, I'm really excited for that one.
DeleteHalf-Bad and The Madman's Daughter are both really good! I hope you like them, too!
ReplyDeleteThanks, me too :)
DeleteLOVE THE DIVERSITY IN YOUR LIST. The Madman's Daughter is a recent favourite of mine and I hope you get to read it soon! Oh and Snow Like Ashes. That book is all sorts of awesome.
ReplyDeleteThank you! Happy to hear good things about both of those, I'm excited to be able to get to them soon.
DeleteYes Talon! Julie Kagawa is so awesome. Snow Like Ashes sounds so good too. Great list!
ReplyDeleteTeresa @ Readers Live A Thousand Lives
Thank you :)
DeleteI have to admit, I'm a bit scared of The Madman's Daughter! I do want to try the 5th Wave and Murder Complex though. Great picks!
ReplyDeleteI'm not scared of it, I just don't really know what to expect. Hopefully I really enjoy it! :)
DeleteWe have some good overlap in our lists! But I totally forgot about Red Queen--I'm really looking forward to that as well. And thanks so much for this giveaway. :-)
ReplyDeleteGood luck with the giveaway and thanks for taking part! :)
Delete
